[ aw yeah! it's hell gravity planet time.

shu's on planet in his full space suit thing, because he enjoys not being crushed beneath the unending weight of alien gravity. he's not venturing outside that much, but does seem to have found an interest in all of the tools in the workshop. ]

Not really looking forward to going back out there, but d'ya ever feel like you're getting side eye constantly?

[ he is in fact getting some pointed stares from the Volk at the workshop, like they aren't a fan of the fact he's lingering like this. he's not even really lingering, he's taking interest in the tools out on display. ]

[ not on wheels this week but zooms at shu anyway and can't be stopped. but subtly. so it's normal. also because nodd is trying not to touch anyone in light of how shitty this week is.

nodd himself is pretty rusty beneath his suit, traces of it here and there all along him in this particular moment. like the worst kintsugi. almost easier to hang out planetside in light of that. ]

Maybe they're all just jealous.

[ he has the on heelies energy no matter what. it's hot and gross and gravity is out to get them AND they're all rusting. what a week, what a week, what a mighty good week.]

[ he would not be jealous of their awkward space suits, as much as he likes his organs and body unflattened. ]

[ like did someone out there think they'd had it too good for too long? jeff? was it jeff? nodd is always blaming jeff for even small inconveniences so it seems right he'd also be behind the bigger issues. ]

Yeah. We're all soft and squishy inside of them. Maybe they're squishy fans.

Yeah, well... they're not getting a look at it. I like not being crushed by the weight of a planet's gravity.

Oh, same here. I like the suit. I feel buff.

[ attempts to flex in the suit but mostly it looks kinda silly but that works too ]
