[help THAT'S JUST THE PC MOOD. where are we. we never know.]
I didn't know anything could be turned off with my arm, either, but it's been different since I got here. Whatever these nanites do, seems like it runs deep.
Biomimetic means it's copying somethin' organic. [a bug, in this case.] As for the augmentation part-- well, plenty of people in the City don't keep their original limbs these days. Prosthetics have gotten pretty advanced, and you won't stand a chance if you've ever gotta fight someone with 'em and you don't have any body modifications at all.
They're not always weapons. [...] And most people pick 'em, sure. Sometimes you're stuck with what you can afford, but it's usually at least functional.
Something I haven't told any other crew yet--something I didn't tell my party back home. As an adolescent, I was sent to a boarding academy to fix my behavior. Instead of see it through, I faked my death in a boating accident. I never looked back and I don't regret it.

[he can tell when something isn't going to be let go, and while he doesn't offer this up on his own-- the guy's been warned, at least.]
I didn't need a replacement. Never asked for this, either-- this is just what they were experimenting with, at the time.
I'm the 'lucky' subject, y'know. It was more successful with me than the rest.

All right. Fair is fair.
[ you said something personal, he will, too. ]
Do you want something traumatizing or something fun?
